Kelly Laura Jones is Rose and Cayla's sister. Much like Laura, she is always respectful but feels ignored. She was also starting to pick up on Cayla's behavior. She was from her mother's current marriage, along with Cayla.

Kelly's hair color is the same as Cayla's but is a lighter brown. She wears a sparkly blue shirt and wears dark blue pants. She wears black shoes.

Same as Rose's but she is a little bit disrespectful.
